Virginia Beach Coin Show Returns This October!
Coin enthusiasts, get ready! The Virginia Beach Coin Show, sponsored by the Tidewater Coin Club, is set to take over the Virginia Beach Convention Center (1000 19th St, Virginia Beach, VA 23451) on October 10-11. The show runs from 9 AM to 5 PM on both Friday and Saturday, and admission is free!
What to Expect
Whether you’re a seasoned collector or just starting out, there’s something for everyone. You’ll find:
- 65 dealer tables with a wide selection of US, foreign, and ancient coins, as well as paper currency, books, and supplies.
- Opportunities to buy, sell, and appraise your own numismatic treasures.
- ANACS will be on-site for convenient coin submissions.
- Engaging educational displays.
Special Features & Family Fun
The show isn’t just for serious collectors:
- Auction: A live auction will be held on Friday at 5 PM. If you’re interested in consigning items, visit Blueboxauction.com for details.
- BSA Merit Badge Program: Boy Scouts can participate in a Merit Badge Program on Saturday at 10:00 AM. Registration is required, so plan ahead!
- Free gifts for kids, a gold coin raffle, and door prizes every hour add to the excitement.
