Virginia Beach Fall SmileFest

Join us for a day of celebrating community, creativity, and cause at Fall SmileFest. Hosted on the grounds of Operation Smile’s global headquarters in Virginia Beach, this large outdoor public festival will feature an international food fair, local artisan market, community partner showcase, live performances, and a KidZone.

At this special, family-friendly event we hope to raise awareness for empathy, diversity, and inclusion and promote unity in the Hampton Roads community around the collective power of SMILES that have been the heartbeat of the Operation Smile mission for over four decades.
