Watermelon Mojito Mocktail

Serving size: 1

 4-6 mint leaves
1/2 oz simple syrup
4 oz watermelon juice
4 oz club soda
Ice
1 small watermelon chunk or slice (garnish)

Muddle your mint leaves and simply syrup then add ice. Pour in your watermelon juice and club soda, gently add ice then stir with a bar spoon. Garnish with your watermelon chunk or slice.

Spicy Mango Margarita

Serving size: 1

2 oz tequila blanco
1 oz lime juice
1 oz mango puree
3/4 oz triple sec or Cointreau
1-2 slices jalapeño (adjust to taste)
Tajín + lime wheel for garnish

Muddle jalapeño slices in a shaker. Add tequila, lime juice, mango puree, and triple sec with ice. Shake well and strain into a Tajín-rimmed glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.


Strawberry Basil Sparkle (photo at top of page)

Serving size: 1

 2 oz Vodka
1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
2 oz Prosecco
1 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
2 to 4 Strawberries
4 to 5 Basil Leaves

Muddle strawberries and basil, then add ice and vodka. Pour in the elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake then top with Prosecco. Garnish with a strawberry and basil leaf.
