Something in the Water Returns to Virginia Beach
Virginia Beach has always been a popular destination for live music year-round. Last year, the city garnered national attention after Pharrell Williams launched the inaugural Something in the Water arts and music festival. After a wildly successful first year, Something in the Water will return to Virginia Beach, April 20–26, 2020.
About Something in the Water
Something in the Water is the brainchild of rapper, song writer and producer Pharrell Williams. In addition to his musical accolades, Williams is also a Virginia Beach native who wanted to bring something exciting to his city.
The 2019 sold out festival brought music lovers from all over the country to Virginia Beach. This year’s festival will be three days longer than last year, leaving room for even more arts, entertainment and cultural events and activities.
Something in the Water Lineup
Last year’s festival featured performances by Missy Elliott, Migos Pusha T, SZA, Janelle Monae and many more during the weekend-long festival.
The highly anticipated lineup includes artists and bands such as: A$AP Rocky, Beck, Chance the Rapper, Foo Fighters, Metro Boomin, Migos, Nelly, Post Malone, Trey Songz, Tyler, the Creator, Usher, Wale and Pharrell Williams himself.
