Coastal Virginia Magazine is thrilled to share that the CoVa Battle of the Burgers will be returning to the Military Aviation Museum in Virginia Beach on Saturday, May 20, 2023, from noon-5 p.m.
The CoVa Burger Battle brings together the food and drink we love, burgers and beer! The twist for this fun filled event are the amazing burgers cooked on site, paired with local Virginia beers.
The Military Aviation Museum has more than enough room to host the participating breweries and restaurants who diligently cook up their burgers, each with their own unique take on the “perfect burger”.
Each guest will be able to vote for their perfect burger too! Live music, cold beer and tasty burgers make a great combination for an event not to miss.
In 2022, approximately 1,600 guests enjoyed picture-perfect weather and live entertainment while sampling delicious gourmet burgers from 16 participating local restaurants plus the Culinary Institute of Virginia.
We expect 2023 to be even better! Hope to see you there.
Event to be held Rain or Shine. All guests will be banded with an admission bracelet that will allow you to come and go during the event if needed. Your wrist band will also be your complimentary admittance to the Aviation Museum. A passing shower could be a great opportunity for you to see and tour one of Coastal Virginia’s best and most unique attractions. Tents or umbrellas are welcome at the event.
*All tasting ticket holders will have IDs checked upon entry. This is an event where alcohol is served/sold and is therefore not conducive to strollers, toddlers, and children. We cannot allow strollers, toddlers, children or anyone under the age of 21 inside the event venue. There will be no exceptions. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
